Across two decades with Idaho AEYC, Jane has helped create provider grant programs, feedback systems, and Idaho’s quality rating and improvement system for child care programs.
Her work is grounded in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors framework. She brings a strengths-based approach to systems building, professional learning, and family support.
